ZZ Property Group proudly manages four residential apartment schemes across the Redcliffe Peninsula — from Woody Point to Newport.
Our journey began with the boutique Solero Apartments (17 units) and Morada Apartments (44 units), where we established our commitment to quality onsite management and strong community relationships.

As our expertise grew, we expanded into Newport with Lasail Port (73 units) and Lasail Starboard (45 units) — built by Traders In Purple as their largest project at the time and recognised as a 2024 UDIA QLD Awards for Excellence finalist.

Today, we oversee more than 175 coastal homes across four premium communities, delivering reliable onsite management, rental services and personalised support for owners, tenants and committees.
